The easiest way to cook asparagus is just boil asparagus in a little H20 for a few minutes but some days you need a little more flavor to one of the yummiest veggies out there.
2. Olive Oil
3. Cajan Seasoning
Chop up asparagus to your liking and lay them out on a pan. Sprinkle olive oil over and dust with cajan seasoning. I would dust over just the tops unless you need more kick. 400 degrees in the oven for around 10 minutes and presto change-o! You have a killer side dish now.
